Hey titan network, i don't know if its a good build choice but i would like someone to post a good illusion and kinetics build as i suck oh so terribley at making builds (if you saw my last two toons you would know). so i would love it if anyone could leave a build or at least tell me that these power sets were never ment to be if they arent. Oh and i have ninja run so please avoid travel powers
