I don't have any experience playing a SD character, but I can say with absolute certainty that this is a less-than-efficient slotting for Hasten.  Anything more than two Rech IOs is going to be not really worth the slots for the effect it gives you.  You might be better trying to add some Gaussian slots to Focused Accuracy to help beef up your defense numbers a little more.
