Please, tell me if I'm wrong, since it's an old bug,

But the numbers for Epic powersets (for Scrappers and Stalkers at least) are wrong. For Instance, take Blaze Mastery (for Scrapper). Fire Blast has two times the "62,56 Fire Samage to Target(to Critters)" line, even though it has the "62,56 Fire Samage to Target(5% chance)" and the "62,56 Fire Samage to Target(10% chance, to Critters)" lines, so it's not criticals. What gives?

other than that, Mid's is still the absolute best kind of 3rd Party software for CoH, keep up the good work!

The last four effects of Blaze Mastery Fire Blast are for stalkers only. They are not marked as such in the database.

Great, so the bug was that a (if assassination) modifier was missing, right?

It seems the same applies for Mu Mastery, Leviathan mastery, Mace Mastery, and Dark Mastery for scrapper & stalker.

Actually, it appears that the database is technically correct, so we'll have to look at the code for deciding how effects are applied.
