My Titan Sentinel says 'Online tracking is disabled'.  Since the wipe, I haven't been able to get anything to work.  I have Mids' Hero Designer downloaded from the current download, I have the same Build Manifest version on my About screen in Titan Sentine.  I also noticed it won't let me transfer the badges manually either.

By "manually", so you mean checking boxes on the CIT website?

Split this from the discussion about Sentinel's missing server, etc., issue that's down in Sentinel's bug forum. Not sure if this should be here or there, but I put it here in CIT because it says "online tracking is disabled" and he has an issue with manually adding badges to CIT.
