Willpower / Dual Blades

Anyone have a good build suggestion for this combo?

I started one of these back when they first came out...but I don't think I played him above lv 20 or so, if that high.  handled very well and was totally awesome with a group of 2 other identical builds.

Alas though, sorry, I am of no assistance here .

I have a Brute with those sets, which isn't quite the same thing, but I could probably grab an export of his current build and post it to give you some ideas if you'd like.

That being said:

• the build is put together with only common IOs, so if you're looking for something with set bonuses out the wazoo, any slotting information in my build will be relatively useless to you
• it's a pre-Inherent Fitness build, so you'll be able to pick up a few more powers than I did
