Global Recharges

Perhaps this is a bug, perhaps not.  I was messing around with a build concept, and started off building recharge.  I was able to slot eight 7.5% global recharges in the build, but when I click on Set and Bonuses, I do not see "cap".  Five of the 7.5's come from LOTG, and if I put six into a build, I see the "cap" notice.  If I use three sets of Basilisk's Gaze, I am able to have all 8. 

Is this correct or is something not reporting correctly?

If I recall correctly, the actual name of the bonus you receive from the LotG IOs and the Basilisk's Gaze sets are different.  If the names are different, then the game does not recognize them as being the same bonus and will allow you to have up to five of each.

The recharge bonus from LotG Def/Rech% is separate from all other existing 7.5% set bonuses. It's just special like that.
