If it was captured in Sentinel (listed in badges obtained) and was attempted to pass to CIT (wait at least a minute for the "last sent" message to show up in the status bar), but not updated in CIT, then Sentinel is seeing and sending the badge fine. At that point, it's something between Sentinel and CIT: either Sentinel passing the wrong information or CIT has the wrong information somehow.
Can you verify that Sentinel is listing it in the obtained *and* sent badges lists?
