Cardiac Issues

After checking all of the Cardiac powers in the new issue of Mids, the Damage Resistance portion of all the Cardiac powers does not seem to work at all.

Ex. On my TW build that is built exactly the same as my toon from live, I am at 31.6% s/l resistance with the t4 Cardiac Core, while on live I am at 35.0% s/l resistance with t4 Cardiac Core. In addition, when I turn off the Incarnate powers on Mids, my s/l resistance remains at 31.6%.

I noticed this behavior with the Resilience Alpha Ability tree as well. Damage Resistance isn't being added.

Some changes I made to the Grant Power code appears to have broken (a) damage enhancements from Alpha slots (damage and damage resistance are the same enhancement, actually), and (b) IO procs. I'm going to try and get a fix for it out within the next couple of days.
