Just thought I'd throw this into the mix....

I've mentioned Filk artist Tom Smith and his 'The last hero on Earth' album before...while I already own an mp3 copy of it, I just came across it on Amazon...I think it tells a very relevant story...and if he could write every song on here in 24 hours(which he did; recording them all took a bit longer)...imagine what he could do if we could convince him to write something for US.   8)

I was just wondering a few days ago, how no filk artists had done anything about this yet.

Oh. this album's been around for awhile...in fact, he seems to've used part of the Atlas Park theme at least twice in it....  Still a great listen!
