Greetings!

We're updating PTS with this build to test stability, as well as the changes listed below:

Release Notes:

Laser Sword:

Particle Smash now consumes Unified Theory.
Plasma Burn stacks applied are based on the number of stacks consumed.
Particle Accelerator is now a 90 degree cone that hits a maximum of 3 targets.
Unified Theory Damage has been drastically reduced to better fit its role. Quantum Instability Damage reduced slightly.
Quantum Instabilities should no longer stack their damage bonus incorrectly.

FATAL ERR0R:

The "Terminator" perk now includes a Goliath Droid Action Figure.
The "Firewall" perk now includes a Computer Process Action Figure
FATAL ERR0R: Carrier Wave now has Scrapper Droid and Cyberlord Action Figures as loot.
