Looking for a specific MOV
« on: October 15, 2013, 07:59:59 AM »
Having trouble finding a MOV. The first mission of the ITF has past version of Psyche hovering with energy FX.

Anyone know?

In my ITF demo after she gets walked over to the alter, she does these
MOV AIR_T_AIRCOMBAT 0
MOV C_PREFLYREADY 0
MOV A_LEVITATE 0

She's a bubbler, and she makes the player bubble her (1 is the player, 78 is sister solaris)
Code: [Select]
1   1   FX Maintained 6790 POWERS/FORCEFIELD/DEFLECTIONSHIELD.FX 0
0   1   FXSCALE 10.000000 10
0   1   ORIGIN ENT 0 0
0   1   TARGET ENT 78 0
0   1   FX Maintained 6791 POWERS/FORCEFIELD/FORCEFIELDGEOMETRYCONTINUING.FX 0
0   1   FXSCALE 10.000000 10
0   1   ORIGIN ENT 0 0
0   1   TARGET ENT 78 0

That's all I could find.

Thank you. Those MOV were not what I had in mind.

At some point doesn't she arch her back, with her head back, looking up as energy hits her?

Or am I thinking of the Statesman death scene?

Its been awhile.

Depends what your looking for. Struggling while floating or just tranced? grabbing her head in pain or arms at her side? Pink, green, yellow, white glow? There's tons of emotes for floating from magic that all look a little different.
my fave (cuz of the beam of light from above) is:
POSSSESSED_CONDUIT_FLOAT_IN 0
POSSSESSED_CONDUIT_FLOAT_CYCLE 0
POSSSESSED_CONDUIT_FLOAT_OUT 0
POSSSESSED_CONDUIT_FLOAT_OUT_POSTCYCLE 0

OracleFloat_In

That's what I was looking for. Does it exist without the FX?

Those would work but there is this strange smoke effect covering the body. Like the question above, does the animation exist without the FX?

Not that I could find. Even the ones where they're struggling have FX.
Dunno if it'll work for what you need, but you could try A_EMOTE_STANCE_OMEGA

Doesn't look like it. There are three references to that animation, and all of them have an FX of some sort attached. Besides the Oracle one, and the Possessed Conduit one that Floride mentioned, there is Ascension_Ritual_Float_In which uses a different Fx.
