Use a site like
http://imgur.com/ to host images.
Click "Computer" in the upper right corner, find the picture you want, select it, then wait a bit.
When it finishes, look for a way to get to your picture (Should be obvious..I don't use Imgur myself much, so yeah...)
Then, in your post here on Titan, edit one (or make a new one) and click the picture button near the
Sp button and the globe.
It will insert two boxes that say IMG, put your picture's link in between them IMG like this /IMG, save your post, done.
